Why doesn't my order ship immediately?
It can take up to 5 business days for orders to ship (unless otherwise stated on product listing) depending on the item that is purchased. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible. Currently products are made to order. As we grow, these processing times will decrease. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Thank you for supporting small business.
What is the status of my order?
Tracking information will be sent to you once it is available, please allow 3-5 business days (unless otherwise stated on product listing) for products to be shipped.
Can I change my order?
Once an order is placed it can not be altered.

All forms of payment that we accept are listed at the bottom of the web browser.

Where do you ship?
Currently we only ship within the United States.
How long does it take to ship my order?
All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days (unless otherwise stated on product listing), with some orders shipping sooner. As we are just starting out and are a small business, many products are made to order. We strive to get items shipped as quickly as possible.
How can I track my package?
Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
We currently only accept returns for store credit. We understand that this is not ideal but to keep our small business afloat, it is necessary for the time being. We hope that in the future this will change. All custom items are all sales final, this is will be noted on the product listing.
What if my item is damaged?
While we try to package everything very securely we understand that things happen. If you receive a damaged item please reach out to us here with the order number and we will be in contact with you.
Are returns free?
Shipping costs are not included for returns.
How long does it take to process a return?
Store credit will be issued once the return has been received

No, we are currently an ecommerce store only.
